Accurate Weight Registration
The MSDH Differential Proportioning Scale has been designed for accurate measurement and control of continuous grain processing operations. As a flow meter, it accurately registrates the weight and throughput rate of a given product stream. As a flow regulator, it allows high-precision control of an arbitrary throughput rate with registration of the total weight. This differential proportioning scale is applied underneath silos, raw material bins, and tempering bins in order to ensure uniform grain blends.

The system components guarantee the achievement of high throughput rates. Three-point suspension of the weigh hopper with its segment gate ensures stable weighing.
Smart technology for exact measurement results
The MEAG universal control system automatically controls the diaphragm actuator, adjusting the throughput rate to a predefined target value. The weighing algorithms of the MEAG universal control system and the high-quality load cells ensure precise and reproducible measurement values
